We are currently operating normal business hours but with COVID-19 procedures in place.
When you arrive to our office we ask that you call 859-223-1963. We will obtain information over the phone to register you.
When it is your turn, medical staff will call your phone and ask you to come inside.
Steps we are taking:
- Every staff member and patient is REQUIRED to wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth for the entire visit.
- Upon entry we obtain your temperature. If it is elevated you may be asked to reschedule.
- Each staff member's temperature is taken each morning.
- We have each patient wash hands or use sanitizer upon entry.
- Each exam room and equipment are disinfected using medical grade wipes or spray prior to your visit and after your visit.
- We will minimize patient traffic and maintain social distancing by trying to direct patient flow, which means you may be asked to wait in your exam room momentarily after your visit is complete.
- We may ask to take any payments from your exam room if other patients are inside the building.
- Gloves are used when accepting payments from patients and changed/removed immediately.
- If you are scheduled with other family members or as a group, we will take as few as possible at a time, so you may be separated.
- If you need to have a breath alcohol test or pulmonary function test, we will conduct it outside with the staff safely behind a glass window.
